Head of marketing for the Business Unit (BU). Managing the marketing budget for the entire BU. Responsible for thought leadership development in the region. Developing the annual marketing strategy as well as planning and executing it. Marketing vendor selection with contract negotiations and ordering. Managing marketing projects with a virtual team on a daily basis.
Member of the regional board responsible for marketing strategy, development planning and execution. Developing and implementing new company values as well as employee branding.
Working 25 % in the Product Development Project Team elaborating new products with technical and implementation teams.
Navigating through a matrix organisation with many internal stakeholders from different departments and BUs within Posti Group Oy.
Reporting to Marketing Head of Posti Group Oy and to Scandinavian Head.
